Donna Ferrin

During my 9 years of law practice, I was involved in an extremely wide range of accident and injury-related fields, but some of my most prominent areas include car accident litigation, motorcycle accident lawsuits, wrongful deaths, and workers compensation cases. Unfortunately, the statistics of industrial accidents in New York are disappointing.

Work-related injuries are a very common cause of disability or death, there are tons of car accidents happening and my duty is to help my client solve the case as quickly as possible. Successful advocacy is based on a deep knowledge of legislation and judicial practice, responsible attitude to each case and the ability to quickly respond to various issues that arise during the trial.

In my opinion, a lawyer should always maintain the honor and dignity inherent in his profession. The abuse of customer confidence is unacceptable, and I believe that each and every citizen or his or her relatives has a right to get justice.
